Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
No trial, and no card up front. Adding a domain gives you a workspace and your first seven articles, each with its fact check, to read before you decide. The first is written while you watch and the other six are written in parallel behind it, so they arrive minutes later rather than over a day. Approving or publishing any of them is where a plan starts.
What counts as an article against the monthly volume?
Every article created in the calendar month, across all your workspaces, whether the schedule wrote it or you asked for it. Deleting a draft gives the slot back. The count resets on the first of the month.
What happens when I go past the included articles?
Articles keep generating and each one past the included volume is billed at the per-article rate for your plan, €0.60 on Managed and €0.45 on Agency, as a line on your next invoice. There is no hard stop and no need to upgrade mid-month.
Are there add-ons or volume discounts?
No. There is one metered extra, the per-article rate above, and yearly billing is two months free. Everything else, including white-label reports, all eleven integrations and the MCP server, is in every plan, including the free self-hosted one. For volume beyond the Agency tier, talk to us.
What is the difference between Managed and self-hosting?
The software is identical; there are no feature gates. Self-hosting means your infrastructure, your Anthropic and search-data keys, your upgrades, and no article limit because the bill is yours. Managed means we run it, the model and data costs are included, and the volume is metered.
How does the Agency plan price a client roster?
On articles, not on clients or seats. Unlimited workspaces, one per site or client, 400 articles a month across all of them, and €0.45 for each beyond that. Ten clients at ten articles each and one client at a hundred cost the same.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, in one click, with no call. Your articles stay readable afterwards, and anything already published on your site is yours; it was published to your CMS, not hosted by us.
Which currency and who is the seller?
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Italian VAT is added at checkout where it applies. A business in the EU that gives a valid VAT number is reverse-charged and accounts for the tax itself. The seller is SUPALABS SRL, an Italian company, so EU customers receive a VAT invoice and GDPR applies to us by establishment.
